Empoint Ltd is a consultancy, based in London, focusing on helping Microsoft Partners and end users with their implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Scribe and SharePoint.

Scribe is a highly confiurable tool used for data migration and integration. It is able to 'talk' to virtually any data source, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Scribe is used for either a one-off data migration (eg, for upgrading from a legacy application), or for continuous bi-directional integration between two or more applications.

We have significant experience in all aspect of Scribe, specifically when it is used to migrate or integrate data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a highly configurable Customer Relationship Management application. It's delivery to the end user is entirely browser based, with a rich user interface. It integrates closely with other Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.



Although it has significant capabilities out-of-the-box, we view Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a platform for further development. This is known as XRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM supports a range mechanisms that allow it to be customised  to the requirements of the end user. Specifically, it supports a rich and dynamically updating Web Services based API, allowing it to integrate with other applications, such as Microsoft SharePoint.
