Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a highly configurable Customer Relationship Management application. It's delivery to the end user is entirely browser based, with a rich user interface. It integrates closely with other Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
Although it has significant capabilities out-of-the-box, we view Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a platform for further development. This is known as XRM. Microsoft Dynamics CRM supports a range mechanisms that allow it to be customised to the requirements of the end user. Specifically, it supports a rich and dynamically updating Web Services based API, allowing it to integrate with other applications, such as Microsoft SharePoint.

KingwaySoft SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a highly configurable solution for moving data into and out of your Dynamics CRM implementation.
We have used this toolkit extensively against all versions of Dynamics CRM. It's an excellent choice for either a one-off migration or for an on going integration. Scribe
Scribe is a highly configurable tool used for data migration and integration. It is able to 'talk' to virtually any data source, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
